Description
The Welding Stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valve 4-20MA operates as an economical valve solution which delivers extended service life and safe operation and requires no maintenance for its spring-loaded packing system with intermediate relief and wiper. The valve includes self-aligning PTFE seal/plug technology with standard optical position indication and it offers low lifecycle expenses. The valve body consists of SS304 and SS316 and SS316L materials while the stem uses identical materials. The pneumatic actuators use PA or stainless steel materials based on application needs and the seat material consists of PTFE.
The valve operates at 16bar pressure while working within PA temperature range -40 °C to + 60 °C and stainless steel range -40 °C to + 80 °C with neutral gases or air as control medium. The Y-type body design of this valve makes it suitable for handling water and alcohol and oils and fuel and salt solutions and alkali solutions and organic solvents and steam at 150 PSI / 365.
