Our upvc pneumatic butterfly valve provides a wide range of material options for the body, disc, and stem. All in standard sizes from 1½”-8”, 63mm to 225mm and DN50-DN200 with a working pressure of 150 PSI. Flanges vary according to EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16, ASME Class 150, AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16 or JIS 5K/10K standards with ISO5211 top flange. It is designed to withstand temperatures between -40 °C to + 120 °C with an adjustable travel stop that allows quarter turn valves (+5° to -5° limit adjustment). The anodized aluminum body is coated with polyester end caps for corrosive environments while optional NAMUR accessories are compatible. To complete your setup, the product comes with a pneumatic actuator that offers output torque from 10Nm to 8000 Nm along with double acting, single acting normally closed, and acting normally open controls plus solenoid valve, limit switch box filters E/P positioner and hand wheel accessories. A reliable solution for potable water, wastewater or seawater HVAC applications.
