The body of this valve is made of Stainless Steel CF8,CF8M,CF3M or WCB while the disc is made of Stainless Steel CF3M,CF3,CF8M or Double Stainless Steel. It also has a stem made from stainless steel and seating options including F316/F316L/F304/F304L/A105+STL. This valve can handle temperatures ranging from -40°C to +538 °C based on pressure, medium and material used. Its size ranges from 12″ – 40″ (50mm – 1000mm) with flange accommodations complying to EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16, ASME Class 150 and AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16 as well as JIS 5K/10K. Additionally this product features a top flange that meets ISO5211 standards and interchangeable valves so it can be used in various applications such as potable water, wastewater, seawater HVAC steam etc. The actuator includes output torques ranging from 50 Nm to 2000 Nm with control signals being 4-20 mADC、0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC with compatible power sources12 VDC,24 VAC,24 VDC,220 VAC and 120-380 VAC 50/60Hz ±10%. This product is also IP67 certified rated providing water resistance as well as explosion proof exd II CT5 certifications for various settings.
