Description
The pneumatic 3 way ball valve has a direct mounting design with ISO 5211 pad for direct actuation. The valve body consists of CF8M/CF8/WCB materials while TFM 1600 / PTFE / R-PTFE materials are used for the seats to achieve durability and reliability. The valve exists in L-Port and T-Port configurations with full port sizes ranging from 1/4” to 2” and it supports various end connections including BSP, BSPT, NPT, DIN and ISO. The valve features real locking functionality and meets TA-LUFT approval standards.
The valve design integrates ISO 5211 direct mounting pads for simple automation control and it includes fire safe design with anti-static devices in the ball-stem-body area and blowproof stem and pressure balance holes in the ball slot. The valve design includes body casting bosses which serve as drainage points. The pneumatic actuator provides 8000 Nm torque output through double acting and single acting normally closed and single normally open operating modes. The system allows users to add solenoid valves and limit switch boxes and filters and E/P positioners and hand wheels for customized functionality.
