Thread elaectric 3 way ball valve
The 3-way ball valve from Our thread electric 3 way ball valve provides excellent control of fluid flow. The valve includes a 3-way screw base structure for simple installation and direct mounting through an ISO 5211 pad. The valve body consists of CF8M/CF8/WCB material while the seats use TFM 1600 / PTFE / R-PTFE and the valve ends support BSP, BSPT, NPT, DIN and ISO formats. The valve includes multiple safety elements which include ball-stem-body anti-static devices and blow-out proof stems and pressure balance holes in the ball slot to achieve TA LUFT approval.
The valve operates through L-port or T-port configurations with electric actuators that provide output torque between 50Nm and 2000Nm for precise control through 4-20 mADC、0-5 VDC、0-10 VDC power signal options. The product features IP67 water proof rating and Exd II CT5 explosion proof rating and CE certification for most units. The design includes a manual override handwheel system with travel limit cams that allow simple adjustments without obstructing other components while the visible valve status display offers final confirmation for users of this premium product.
