    Stainless Steel electric butterfly valve

    The Stainless Steel electric butterfly valve operates at the highest sanitary standards and provides excellent flow characteristics. The resilient seated butterfly valve operates as a wafer version with flange locating holes for dead-end service and other flange applications. The valve body consists of Stainless Steel materials CF8, CF8M and CF3M while the disc material options include Stainless Steel CF3M,CF3,CF8M Nylon Coated Ductile Iron, Aluminum Bronze, Double Stainless Steel or 2507/1.4529 stainless steel. The stem material consists of stainless steel while the seats can be made from NBR, EPDM, PTFE or VITON/FKM Polyurethane for operating temperatures between -40 to +200 Celsius depending on pressure levels in various applications including potable water systems and wastewater management and seawater applications and HVAC systems.

    The product range spans from 1″ to 40″ (25mm to 1mm). The product supports EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16 and ASME Class 150 and AS 4087 PN10/PN16 and JIS 5K/10K top flange connections. The electric actuator included in this system provides output torque options from 50Nm to 2000Nm. The control system operates through ON-OFF type regulations or accepts 4-20 mADC and 0-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC signals with 12 VDC 24 VAC 24 VDC 220VAC 120VAC 380VAC 50/60 Hz ±10% power supply.
