Our sanitary pneumatic 3 way ball valve is the perfect solution for any application that requires direct mounting type. With 1/2” ~ 4” full port and options in body of SS304,SS316 or SS316L, this 3-way screw end ball valve is the ideal choice for many needs. An ISO 5211 direct mounting pad allows for quick and easy installation, while the real locking function guarantees a secure connection. Seats are made of PTFE and the valves are available with ends in BSP, BSPT, NPT, DIN, ISO or clamp, and at pressure of PN16. Our pneumatic actuator with output torque from 10Nm to 8000 Nm offers options such as double acting, single acting normally closed and single normally open configuration. The included pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switch box , filter, E/P positioner and hand wheel further help to increase usability. Featuring two independently adjustable travel stop screws and a cam on the output shaft for precise bidirectional adjustment in both open and closed positions (+5° to -5° limit adjustment), our product also boasts an integral porting design with an anodized aluminum body equipped with polyester coated end caps – all designed to withstand even the harshest environments.
