The Sanitary Clamp Pneumatic Butterfly Valve from our company is a versatile and efficient valve, perfect for the pharmacy and biotechnology industries. It features a stainless steel body, available in SS304, SS316, and SS316L varieties. The ball used is also of stainless steel construction and can be used with EPDM, NBR, FPM or VMQ seat materials. End connections are threaded or welded for maximum connection security. The pressure ratings range from 0 ~ 16bar while the standard 3A, DIN, SMS, IDF and ISO dimensions comply with PTFE FDA177.2600 gasket requirements.
The valve comes with a pneumatic actuator that offers up to 8000Nm output torque. Control options include double acting single acting normally closed or open and all spring return units can accommodate both on/off and throttling applications as well as optional actuation with hydraulic oil or water upon request. Two independently adjustable travel stop screws are included along with a cam on the output shaft for precise bidirectional adjustment in both the open and closed positions. All models feature anodized aluminum bodies with polyester coated end caps while special coatings and materials are available for corrosive environments, making them compatible to NAMUR accessories as well.
