PTFE cavity filler pneumatic 3pc clamp ball valve
The PTFE cavity filler pneumatic 3 piece ball valve – an all-inclusive tee design with no stranded high clean, offering a size of 1/4” 4” Full Port and body made from CF3M/CF8M/CF8/WCB. It comes with seats in PTFE, and ends in a clamp for up to 1000wog/PN16PN63. This product also features self-cleaning design and is approved with standards such as 3A, DIN, SMS, IDF, RJT, BPE and ISO. Furthermore, it offers advanced features such as a built-in ISO 5211 Direct mounting pad for easy automation, anti-static devices for ball-stem-body, blow-out proof stem and pressure balance hole in ball slot. Additionally this product has TA-LUFT design approval and also a casting boss on body for draining. On top of that it includes pneumatic actuator offering output torque of 10Nm to 8000 Nm for control options such as double acting single acting normally closed acting single normally open. Also available are accessories like solenoid valve limit switch box filter E/P positioner and hand wheel. It’s robust construction allows two independently adjustable travel stop screws and a cam on the output shaft to permit precise bidirectional adjustment of movement in both the open and closed positions for quarter turn valves (+5° to -5° limit adjustment). Made from anodized aluminum bodies with polyester coated end caps this product presents special coatings and materials available for corrosive environments as well as compatibility with NAMUR accessories
