PP motorized butterfly valve

Introducing PP motorized butterfly valves, perfect for your Potable Water, Wastewater, Seawater and HVAC applications! This advanced design has body made from UPVC,CPVC,PP,PVDF,PPH and disc in the same material. It comes with a stainless steel stem and NBR,EPDM or VITON seats for maximum durability. The size range is between 1½”-8”, 63mm-225mm & DN50-DN200 and provides up to 150 PSI working pressure. It also features flange accommodation: EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16; ASME Class 150; AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16 and JIS 5K/10K. With an ISO5211 top flange designed for optimal temperature range of -40 °C to + 120 °C (depending on pressure, medium and material) and wafer body style. The electric actuator brings power with output torque from 50 Nm to 2000 Nm in ON-OFF type & Regulation type along with 4-20 mADC、0-5 VDC、0-10 VDC signals which can be 12 VDC,24 VAC,24 VDC,220 VAC、120 VAC or 380 VAC 50/60 Hz ± 10%. Optional specifications for explosion-proof actuator Exd II CT5 along with water-proof actuator IP67 complete this high performance valve.
