    Powder pneumatic butterfly valves

    Powder Butterfly Valves are ideal for all types of bulk solids processing plants where interception of gravity-fed or pneumatically conveyed dry powders or granules is required. These valves feature an aluminum alloy body, 304 Molecular Material disc, stainless steel stem, and NBR and EPDM seats. The size range is from four inches to sixteen inches in diameter (100mm – 400mm) and the flange accommodates EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16, ASME Class 150, AS 4087 PN 10/PN 16, JIS 5K/10K and ISO5211 flanges. Additionally, the valves have a temperature range of -40 °C to +120 °C depending on pressure, medium and material. Moreover, these valves are lightweight and easy to handle due to their special design and interchangeable discs which make them easy to fit as well as highly abrasion resistant with quick maintenance capabilities. Furthermore; this product includes a pneumatic actuator with output torque ranging from 10Nm to 8000 Nm when paired with double acting single acting normally closed actuators or single acting normally open actuators plus various pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, filters, E/P positioners and hand wheels.

VFS Butterfly Valves can be fitted beneath hoppers, bins, silos, screw or other type conveyors, or for material interception in pneumatic conveying ducts. Due to their special design and to the engineering materials used, they represent a particularly economic yet most efficient solution.
