The Plastic Air Operated Diaphragm Valve represents an innovative cost-efficient solution which provides precise flow management for multiple industrial operations. The air operated diaphragm actuator enables quick precise control of valve position which delivers smooth operation in demanding high-pressure and high-temperature systems. The diaphragm design replaces traditional packing and seals which decreases leakage risks and maintenance needs. The valve design features optimized internal structures which minimize flow resistance to achieve maximum operational efficiency and lower energy usage.

- All double acting and spring return units are suitable for both on/off and throttling applications. Actuators which can be actuated with other media such as hydraulic oil or water are also available as an option.
- Our product features two independently adjustable travel stop screws and a cam on the output shaft, allowing for precise bidirectional adjustment in both open and closed positions. This provides accurate movement control for quarter-turn valves, with a limit adjustment range of +5° to -5°.
- The standard units are constructed with anodized aluminum bodies and have polyester-coated end caps, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.
- For corrosive environments, we offer special coatings and materials that are designed to provide superior protection and longevity.
