    Category: Control valve

High-performance multi-hole low noise control valve features a cage guided structure and pressure balanced plug, providing excellent dynamic stability in severe service conditions. By replacing the standard window-type cage with a multi-hole design, this cage control valve effectively reduces erosion and noise. For liquids, the multi-hole throttling process facilitates energy consumption and flow velocity reduction. Meanwhile, for gas media, volume expansion behind the seat lowers pressure and flow velocity for optimal performance.

What accessories does the pneumatic actuator have?

Pneumatic actuators, integral to the precision and efficiency of valve operations, are enhanced by a range of accessories designed to ensure optimal performance and adaptability in various industrial applications.

    • Positioners: Positioners are essential for achieving precise control by adjusting the actuator’s position based on the control signal.
    • Solenoid Valves: Solenoid valves regulate the air supply to the pneumatic actuator, allowing for remote operation and automation.
    • Limit Switches: Limit switches provide feedback on the actuator’s position, indicating whether the valve is fully open, fully closed, or somewhere in between.
    • Air Filter Regulators: Air filter regulators ensure that the pneumatic actuator receives clean, dry, and regulated air supply.
    • Manual Overrides: Manual overrides enable operators to manually control the actuator in case of system failures or during maintenance activities.
    • Feedback Transmitters: Feedback transmitters relay real-time data on the actuator’s position back to the control system, facilitating accurate monitoring and diagnostics.

What are the functions of control valve electric actuators?

Control valve electric actuators play a pivotal role in precise fluid management across various industrial applications.

    • Precise Modulation: Electric actuators enable exact positioning of control valves, allowing for fine-tuned regulation of fluid flow.
    • Automated Control: These actuators facilitate automated valve operation, responding to control signals from centralized systems.
    • Remote Operation: Electric actuators support remote monitoring and control, making it possible to adjust valve positions from a distance.
    • Feedback Provision: Equipped with position feedback mechanisms, electric actuators provide real-time data on valve status to control systems.
    • Fail-Safe Functionality: Some electric actuators are designed with fail-safe features, such as spring-return mechanisms or battery backups, ensuring that valves return to a safe position in case of power loss or system failure.
    • Integration with Advanced Systems: Electric actuators can be integrated with sophisticated process control systems, including SCADA and DCS
