    Metal hard seal air actuated butterfly valve

    Our Metal hard seal pneumatic butterfly valves are a great choice for many industrial applications, including potable water, wastewater, seawater, HVAC and steam. The bodies are made from stainless steel and the discs come in various stainless steel options such as CF3M, CF3 and CF8M, as well as double stainless steel or 2507. Furthermore, they can accommodate flanges in EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16, ASME Class 150 and AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16 standards or JIS 5K/10K. Moreover, the stem is made from stainless steel while the seats come in F316 / F316L / F304 / F304L / A105 + STL and it has a temperature range of -40 °C to + 538 °C (depending on pressure, medium and material). It is also available in wafer, LUG or Flange body style with a replaceable valve seat which is bi-directional. The accompanying pneumatic actuator has an output torque of up to 8000 Nm and it’s compatible with NAMUR accessories. Additionally, special coatings and materials are available for corrosive environments. Our product provides features such as two independently adjustable travel stop screws that permit precise bidirectional adjustment of movement in both directions (+5° to -5° limit adjustment), integral porting with anodized aluminum bodies with polyester coated end caps plus single acting normally closed or open models as requested.
