Its body is made of cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum stainless steel, CF8, CF8M, CF3M and its disc is made of stainless steel CF3M,CF3,CF8M, nylon coated ductile iron, aluminum bronze, double stainless steel 2507, 1.4529. Our stem is made of stainless steel while its seats are NBR EPDM PTFE VITON FKM polyurethane. It comes in sizes ranging from 1″ to 40″ (25mm to 1000mm) and can accommodate EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16 ASME Class 150 AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16 JIS 5K/10K top flanges as well as ISO5211. Its temperature range is -40 °C to + 135 °C depending on pressure medium and material while its body style remains as LUG. What makes it stand out more is that it has a without pin design for double D transmission between disc and shaft which strong and reliable along with a stainless steel retainer preventing stem blow-out with hard back rings keeping the rubber from seat distortion.
