    Introducing the lug electric butterfly valve, it is ideal for potable water, wastewater, seawater and HVAC applications. This high-functioning product is made from a range of materials including cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum stainless steel, CF8M and more. The disc has been crafted from strong stainless steel while the stem uses stainless steel once again for its durable properties. The seats come in your choice of NBR, EPDM, PTFE VITON and FKM Polyurethane materials. Sized at 1″ – 40″ (25mm – 1000mm), this valve also provides excellent flange accommodation with standard ratings of EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16; ASME Class 150; AS 4087 PN 10/ PN 16; JIS 5K/10K as well as dimensions meeting ISO5211 standards all in one body style – LUG.

    The standout feature here is without pin design – a double D transmission between disc and shaft that is strong and reliable. A stainless steel retainer stops stem blow-out while a hard back ring helps to prevent rubber seat distortion. Multi-standard alignment holes provide compatibility across various flanges out there too. An electric actuator with an output torque of 50Nm to 2000 Nm takes care of the ON/OFF switch control for up to four sources (4-20 mADC、0-5 VDC、0-10 VDC) while power supply can be sourced from 12 VDC, 24 VAC, 24 VDC or 220 VAC via 120VAC or 380VAC at 50/60Hz +/- 10%. Finally an IP67 rating as standard makes this an ideal solution if you’re looking for a waterproof valve setup.
