Flange stainless steel air operated angle air valve
The Flange stainless steel air operated angle air valve serves industrial needs through its combination of extended service life and economical operation and enhanced operational safety. The valve includes a self-maintaining spring-loaded packing system with built-in wiper and relief mechanism and a PTFE seal/plug assembly that self-aligns and provides optical position indication as standard. The valve operates efficiently because it uses minimal control air while maintaining low operational expenses throughout its entire lifespan. The valve body consists of SS304, SS316 or SS316L materials while the stem uses either SS304 or SS316 materials for enhanced durability.
The Pneumatic actuator design provides users with three operating options: double acting and single acting normally closed and single acting normally open. The valve comes with multiple pneumatic accessories including solenoid valve and limit switch box and filter and E/P positioner and hand wheel. The versatile valve operates at 16bar pressure with 0.6Mpa air pilot pressure and supports neutral gases and liquids such as air and water and alcohols and oils and fuel and salt solutions and alkali solutions and organic solvents between -40 °C and +180 °C (depending on pressure medium and material).
