    Flange pneumatic butterfly valve

    The Flange pneumatic butterfly valve is a resilient seated double-flange design with international compatibility. It will fit most world flange standards, such as ASME Class 125/150, BS 10 Tables D and E, BS 4504 NP 10/16, DIN ND 10/16, AS 2129 and JIS10. The valves are further designed to comply with ISO 5752-Table 2 (EN558 Table 13) face-to-face and ISO 5211 actuator mounting flanges. This one valve design can therefore be used in many different world markets. The body of the valve is available in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Aluminum Stainless Steel, CF8, CF8M and CF3M materials; the disc options include Stainless Steel CF3M,CF3,CF8M Nylon Coated Ductile Iron, Aluminum Bronze and Double Stainless Steel; stem material options include 416 Stainless Steel , 304 Stainless Steel and316 grade stainless steel; and the seats come in NBR EPDM PTFE VITON Polyurethane material. It has a size range from 2″ – 40″ (25mm – 1000mm) for EN 1092 PN 6/PN10/PN16 / ASME Class 150 / AS 4087 PN 10 / PN 16 / JIS 5K/10K top flanges with a temperature range of -30 °C to + 135 °C (depending on pressure, medium & material). The common uses for this product include Potable Water Wastewater Seawater HVAC Sanitary & Chemical applications as it has high Cv low pressure drop with one-piece disc/stem design. The accompanying Pneumatic Actuator provides an output torque of 10Nm to 8000 Nm with control options including Double acting Single acting normally closed Single acting normally open and various pneumatic accessories such as Solenoid valve Limit switch box Filter E/P positioner Hand wheel are also available.
