    Description

    Explosion-proof electric ball valve ON-OFF,4-20mA

    Our Explosion-proof electric ball valve are designed for a variety of applications, including process, tank farms, fueling, and oil & gas. Available sizes range from ½” to 12” (12mm – 300mm), while temperature range spans from -50°f to 650°f (-46°c to 343°c) at pressure ratings of ASME Class 150 and ASME Class 300 (PN10 to PN40 covered). The valves are made of stainless steel (CF8, CF8M, CF3M) or carbon steel (WCB), with seat materials in PTFE and PEEK. Design features include fire safe design approved according to API 607 4th1993; built-in ISO 5211 direct mounting pad for easy automation; anti-static devices for ball-stem-body; blow-out proof stem; pressure balance hole in ball slot; TA-LUFT design approved; and casting boss on body for draining. An electric Actuator is included with the valve which provides output torque of 50Nm to 2000Nm with control in ON/OFF type or regulation type available in control signal of 4-20 mADC, 0-5VDC and 0-10VDC power input of 12 VDC, 24 VAC, 24 VDC, 220VAC 120VAC 380VAC 50/60 Hz with explosion proof rating EXd II CT5.
