Description
The bellows seal single-seat control valve features a top-guided unbalanced structure which provides robustness and heavy-duty capability and S-type flow channel and minimal pressure drop and high flow coefficient and broad adjustability and precise flow characteristics. The double sealing mechanism with bellows and packing at the bonnet provides absolute prevention of media leakage. The control valve functions best to manage flow and pressure of dangerous or expensive materials.
The cage’s press-in type seat design eliminates the problems of difficult disassembly and high leakage that traditional thread screw-in seat designs present which extends the valve’s operational life. The flow-to-open configuration of the valve directs medium flow in the same direction as the valve opening which allows for exact control of small openings and preserves flow characteristics. The valve manufacturer provides custom cages with noise reduction and anti-cavitation features to meet various operational needs.
